Importance of fire safety
To Ensure the safety of the people, property & information it is mandatory for any employer to enhance the fire safety standards inside his premises. It is a legal requirement and right of employee to have appropriate fire safety in the work premises.
In past we have been aware of the fire incidents which had happened and have caused major damage to life of the resources. So learning with the previous incidents we must ensure a strict protocols for fire safety inside the premises we work.
Fire safety Standards
In India NFPA ( National Fire Protection Association ) & NBC ( National Building Code Of conduct) guidelines for fire safety are quite good and efficient to manage fire safety in the premises. Since these standards are revised hence we should keep it monitored and notified about the alterations.
